Todays Interview: Vegan Black Metal Chef

1.) Why did you choose to start this project?

After being vegan for about 12 or 13 years, I have found that I eat the best food I have ever eaten in life in all ways. My grocery bills are cheap, it does not take too long to make meals, and they taste amazing. I wanted to show this to the world but cooking shows put me to sleep. In the end I made the cooking show I wanted to see.

2.) What is your mission?

To spread the word of veganism, make veganism more doable for people, and make lots of metal and fun at the same time.

3.) We liked the name, can you tell us about it?

The name just sums up the show. Vegan Black Metal Chef, enough said.

4.) What do you want to accomplish with this company?

Like I said, to spread the word of veganism, make veganism more doable for people, and make lots of metal and fun at the same time 

5.) Where are you based out of?

Orlando, Florida

6.) Do you work both locally and internationally?

Yes, primarily local to the US, however I am going on an Australian cooking demo tour in March. I am excited to do more internationally as well.

7.) Are you Strictly Vegan or Vegetarian? Why?

Vegan. The fast answer is that I do not believe in the exploitation of animals.

Anything made incredibly well.

10.) Favorite band?

Many in my favorites but If I had to choose one maybe Dimmu Borgir.
